  • Product availability is subject to change without notice. We are not liable for delays or cancellations resulting from supply chain issues.

Pricing, Payment Terms & Advance Payment Policy

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are exclusive of VAT or other applicable taxes unless specifically mentioned.

    • We accept the following payment methods:
      • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available within Dhaka.
      • Mobile Financial Services – bKash, Rocket, Nagad.
      • Bank Transfer – Details provided upon order confirmation.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are considered confirmed only upon explicit acknowledgment via phone, email, or SMS by our sales team.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:
    • Product unavailability
    • Pricing errors
    • Payment verification failure
    • Suspected fraudulent activity

Customers wishing to cancel an order must do so before dispatch. Cancellations after dispatch will be treated as returns, subject to our return policy.

Shipping, Delivery & Risk Transfer

  • Estimated Delivery Timeline:
    • Dhaka City: 1–3 working days
    • Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days (courier-dependent)
  • Delivery Charges:
    • Dhaka: Starting from BDT 50
    • Outside Dhaka: Starting from BDT 90 (varies based on weight, volume, and location)

Shipping Policy:

  • We utilize third-party courier services. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external conditions (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, courier delays).
  • Once the product is dispatched, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. We are not liable for damages in transit unless explicitly insured and agreed in advance.

Restricted Deliveries:

  • Delivery of certain items, including liquids, fragile glassware, and hazardous chemicals, is restricted to Dhaka City only due to courier limitations.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted only under the following strict conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by invoice and accessories.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • Customer must obtain prior return authorization by emailing or calling us.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized orders
  • Perishable goods
  • Liquid chemicals
  • Fragile laboratory glassware
  • Software, opened electronics, or items with broken seals

Refunds:

    • Issued after inspection of returned goods.
    • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.
    • We reserve the right to deduct handling or restocking charges (up to 15%) for items returned without valid reason.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty and After-Sales Support

  • Only products specifically marked as “under warranty” qualify for service or replacement.
  • Warranty coverage is subject to the original manufacturer’s terms.
  • The following are excluded from warranty:
    • Physical damage
    • Liquid damage
    • Burnt components
    • Overvoltage/surge damage
    • Tampering or unauthorized repairs
  • Customers must retain proof of purchase and present warranty cards or labels where applicable.
Intellectual Property Rights
  • All content on this website (text, design, graphics, images, logos, documentation) is the exclusive property of Federal Scientific Mart.
  • Federal Scientific Mart doesn’t manufacturer of the items . These are from different brands worldwide . We used their product pictures and details for selling and marketing their products to customers or users . We used this information after getting permission from the brand representative or a person who works with the brand itself.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute any part of the website content without express written permission.
Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.
  • Our maximum liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Federal Scientific Mart and its affiliates from any claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Breach of law

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka.
