The DLAB MS-H340-S4 LCD 4-Channel Digital Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer is a high-throughput, multi-position laboratory instrument engineered to optimize space and maximize efficiency in high-density testing workflows. It features four independent 5-inch circular work plates constructed from robust stainless steel with a specialized ceramic coating. This design provides exceptional chemical resistance against harsh reagents while ensuring uniform, stable thermal distribution across all stations simultaneously. This makes it ideal for running parallel chemical syntheses, synchronized reagent dissolutions, serial buffer preparations, environmental multi-sample processing, and high-throughput quality control (QC) testing.

Equipped with four independent, maintenance-free brushless DC motors, the MS-H340-S4 supports individual speed and temperature configurations for each position. Every single channel safely manages a water volume of up to 10 liters (yielding an impressive total capacity of 40 liters) and delivers a steady stirring speed range from 200 to 1500 rpm. Dedicated LCD displays provide real-time, side-by-side tracking of actual versus set values for both speed and temperature at every station. The system integrates advanced internal PID temperature controllers, allowing users to fine-tune heating from 25°C up to 340°C with exceptional precision.

Operational safety and sample integrity remain central to this multi-channel digital hotplate stirrer. Operators can connect up to four external PT1000 temperature sensors directly into the dedicated rear interfaces to bypass individual hotplate readings, monitoring each specific sample environment with a tight control accuracy of ±0.2°C. A built-in hardware safety circuit constantly tracks internal parameters and automatically cuts off the heating mechanism if temperatures reach 420°C, providing robust protection for busy laboratory environments.
