Safety and data tracking remain core priorities for this high-capacity digital hotplate stirrer. An independent “HOT” warning light flashes continuously whenever the plate temperature exceeds 50°C, remaining active even after the user turns the instrument power off. Operators can plug in an external PT1000 temperature sensor to bypass the hotplate temperature and monitor the real-time sample environment with a tight control accuracy of ±0.2°C, while an integrated SD card data connector records the instrument’s active running data in real time for precise traceability. A built-in safety circuit shuts down heating automatically if the internal temperature hits 540°C, guaranteeing reliable protection for your laboratory.
