The DLAB MS7-H550-Pro LCD Digital Magnetic Hotplate Stirrer is a high-performance, premium laboratory instrument engineered for demanding physical, chemical analysis, and bio-pharmaceutical workflows. It features a robust 7-inch square glass-ceramic work plate that delivers exceptional chemical resistance and highly uniform thermal transfer. This makes it ideal for chemical synthesis, reagent dissolution, buffer preparation, routine titrations, environmental sample processing, quality control (QC) testing, and academic laboratory applications.

Equipped with an outstanding, maintenance-free brushless DC motor, the MS7-H550-Pro handles up to 20 liters of water volume and yields a wide stirring speed range of 100 to 1500 rpm with a precise resolution of ±1 rpm. The system features a crystal-clear dual LCD display for the simultaneous, precise monitoring of set and real-time speed and temperature values. It integrates advanced PID temperature control technology, allowing user-regulated heating from room temperature up to 550°C in ultra-precise 1°C increments.

Safety and data integration remain core priorities for this advanced digital hotplate stirrer. An independent “HOT” warning light flashes continuously whenever the plate temperature exceeds 50°C, remaining active even after the user turns the instrument power off. Operators can plug in an external PT1000 temperature sensor to bypass the hotplate temperature and monitor the real-time sample environment with a tight control accuracy of ±0.2°C, while an integrated RS232 port permits remote PC data transmission and control. A built-in safety circuit shuts down heating automatically if the internal temperature hits 580°C, guaranteeing reliable protection for your laboratory.
